This Halloween, silent cinema comes alive at the Marigny Opera House. Celebrate Halloween at the Marigny Opera House with an eerie night of silent film and live music. Two haunting works of early cinema, The Tell-Tale Heart (1928) and Les Vampires: “Irma Vep” (1915), come to life with an original score by Jeff Pagano, performed live by string quartet and electronics. Psychological terror, seductive crime, and surreal imagery collide in a one-night-only Halloween experience inside one of New Orleans’ most atmospheric spaces.
